TSE v4.50.26 came with a badly colored and drawn line number border.
This only affects users who configured TSE's "Show Line Numbers" option to be ON.
The LiNumBorder extension either mostly fixes how the line number border is colored and drawn, or turns it OFF.
LiNumBorder is visually not compatible with TSE's "Use 3D Characters" configuration option, because I do not know how to draw those.
