TSE: Issue: menu 'Macro' > 'Compile' > 'Rules' does not show a 'TAG' at the 'Error' entry

Hello,

a. Note: If this issue is accepted then this is also an almost 40 years old bug ;-)

b. Tested with TSE 4.42 and clean TSE 4.49

c. There seems to be a TAG entry missing in 'Rules'.

d. Steps to reproduce:

1. Run TSE

2. Load a file with some unknown extension, e.g.

    C:\TEMP\ddd.foobar

3. menu 'Macro' > 'Compile'

4. Select any entry

    E.g. 'A86 Assembler compiler Version 3.70'

5. Goto 'Rules' and press <ENTER>

6. Result: You will see that contrary to all other similar entries there,
the 'TAG' for the 'Error' entry is NOT shown.

7. But expected was: Also 'Error' should have a line assigned to it showing 'TAG'

8. Note: FYIO: In the file 'compile.dat' there is certainly an extra line for this TAG,
but it is thus not shown in the compiler options,
that is the root cause how this 'no TAG' issue was discovered.

Thanks
with friendly greetings

Note: That extra line is thus not a 'TAG' line, but has some other function.

In any case that extra empty line is not reflected in the 'Rules' at this moment.

Note: That might be by design, e.g. for some future use.
