TSE icon in Windows Explorer Context Menu (Mouse Right Click)

Hi.

Attached improved EdWithTSE macro also adds an TSE icon to the Windows Explorer Context Menu (Mouse Right Click),

like most other programs. (See attached screenshot).

TSE.ico file must be in editor load directory.

Attached new version of EdWithTSE macro - uses TSE icon from .exe file, no need to add .ico file to editor load directory.
