1. Which WatCom version is used to (test) compile TSE?

2. Do you maybe also have a download link for that WatCom version used to compile TSE?

I installed this one:

https://github.com/open-watcom/open-watcom-v2/releases/download/2023-11-08-Build/open-watcom-2_0-c-win-x64.exe

that should be OK I guess..
