This tool locks access to Windows until an ad-hoc password is re-entered.

New in v2:
- ScreenLocker needs to be started in a new way that is not backwards compatible, hence the new major version number.
- Executing ScreenLocker now configures it, loading ScreenLocker runs it.
- A new menu option makes a "burglary attempt" lock Windows and later shut Windows down after a configurable amount of seconds.
- When setting a password, <Escape> now empties the password-field if it was not empty, otherwise it exits ScreenLocker.
- When unlocking, <Escape> now empties the password-field.

ScreenLocker requires v4.2 upwards of the Windows GUI version of TSE.
