Using 

 #IF 0 

seems to behave like a multiline comment.

I assume that should not be the case.

Option->Full Configuration->Display/Color options->Configure SyntaxHilite Mapping Sets->Current->Delimiter Tokens->Hilite "#if 0" Style Comments[Off]
