Release recent files history

I was deleting a bunch of my old "recent files" from the list and saw a bunch of things that I hadn't created (example: c:\d\bobbi\2019\roster.si), so I'm thinking that at some point the TSE distribution must have contained these.  Maybe something to check in the current and future releases.

I checked all Linux releases from the v4.50 release candidates onwards, and it happened only once in a v4.50 release candidate, so a long time ago.
Logically it then overwrote user history and was not overwritten again since.
I removed the offending history from that specific old Linux download on my website.
The Windows release with the same version number did not have this problem.
