Hello,

FYI only

In latest TSE 4.48 as expected (because still in investigation) still the issue.

Here for example 

1. Loading the attached file ddd.tex (unzip ddd.zip)

2. Then changing the font in the left top to 'Terminal' > 'Bold' > '9' 

3. Then result similar to the attached screenshot.
