Small bug fixed in colors macro (TSE's "Color Schemes" menu)

On 12 Jun 2024 I posted a "colors.s" update that made the "Color Schemes" menu start with the current color scheme if TSE's colors
match one, and otherwise with an empty line.
That empty line was new and when it was current it erroneously blocked adding a new color scheme.
Fixed.
