For the photo-lithography section, you can have a look at the wikipedia. It is written in a simple way but there are several misinterpretations. Therefore, follow the Sze's book. However, you will find a very simple schematic diagram of the stepper projection system (search "stepper"). 

Hope all of you will work hard and perform well in the exams.

Dear Sir

I have one small query regarding the submission of the project.

Do we have to attach the print out of the "designs and the input-output characteristics" made by us along with the observation table or just the observation table would serve the purpose ?

Format provided is good enough, please submit your report in that format. However, having printed I_V characteristics will add good value to the submission.
