(Rototiller needed... See below)

Anyone Makers here build custom or kit wood sheds? (Gyll's too busy.)
I need a quote ASAP for a less than or equal to 200ft^2 work/storage
shed to be put up in AA (Newport/Miller area). I'm paying!
I must move an entire cabinet based storage system (& gasoline
powered items) permanently out of my carport ASAP, for slab work.

Zoning and build site approval for a shed is already obtained
and paperwork is in hand. I'm ready to go!

Specs (per AA rules):
- I'm approved for an UP TO 200ft^2 footprint, so I'd like it to
be as close to that size as possible (10x20, 12x16, etc).
- I'm avoiding tin sheds - I'd like a comfortable workspace in it later.
- Height is not limited, so I'm imagining something like your basic
Gambrel (barn shape) 1-story shed with tall walls and a high shelf.
(Kits are available for that.)

I have no time to build a kit myself (I'm still taking care of a 101-yo
dad).
Having a HD/Lowes/Menards shed kit built by their contractors
is an option, but I'd rather give the makers here a shot at quoting,
*IF* they're experienced in shed making or kit assy (and available)!

Site is currently slightly sloped grass, so an appropriate base
and site prep will be required (leveling?, gravel? slab vs PT wood,
galvanized base, or whatever?).

ROTOTILLER NEEDED - I'd like to start on site surface prep work now.
Does anyone here have a rototiller (or other tool) I can borrow,
to let me start loosening up the sod for removal, leveling the site
for what's to come, before the ground totally freezes over?
That seems to be a high priority if I'm going to get a shed in
before winter!

IF you can help me (or have a rototiller), please reply to me
DIRECTLY (NOT the list, PLEASE)!

Thanks!
- Keith
