About the Paper

Dear Organizers,

      Now, the result of taskA has been released. The next step is the paper submission. But I still don't know the rule of paper submission. I have some questions.

        1. Is there  a chance of submitting a paper although the ranking is low??

        2. Is there any tutorial or necessary stuff that we should know while we prepare our paper and submit??
