Question about Complete DataSet of SemEval 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017

I'm
working on Deep Learning & Sentiment Analysis at Laboratory Loria
(Nancy, France) and I'm very interested in SemEval Sentiment Analysis
because it is a big and well-known competition for Twitter's data. For
the moment, I'm trying to do a lot of experiments to see if we can
transfer the sentiment from a big data set to SemEval. Thus, I would
need all the data set of the previous years. However, I've followed the
download's instruction of your web page but I could not reach a lot of
old tweets in 2013, 2014, 2015,... (they're showed "Not Available"). I
wonder if you still keep the complete data set of each year and kindly
share it to me please ?
I
understand that Twitter's policy prohibit to make the data set public
on the internet but is it still possible that you can give me for the
research's purpose via email ? I would be very grateful because without
it, I would find difficult to justify the correctness of my model on
twitter's data.
