START System UTF-8 Encoding

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of Sabanci_group4 team. We have successfully uploaded our system description paper, but it seems the START system does not recognize some letters in 2 of our authors' surnames, such as mine. Is it expected to enter our names with only English characters (like "Buyukbas") or is it still no issue if it stays as it is (e.g "Büyükbaş") in the paper and in the system?
