Dear participants of SemEval-2026 Task 5,
We have some important information regarding the submission of system description papers.
How to Submit your Paper
Task participants can upload their submission here. The deadline is March 2nd. https://softconf.com/acl2026/semeval2026/user/scmd.cgi?scmd=submitNew
Since it is the same site for all SemEval tasks, make sure to select the correct track (Task 5).
About Paper Reviews
All system description papers will be required to go through a peer review process. It will be set up so that the first author of each system description paper will need to participate as a reviewer. If it is not possible for the first author, they can contact us to delegate review duty to someone else.

As a side note, the task description paper will refer to your team by the ‘Name of the Team’ field in the system description form. If the field was left empty, the paper will refer to your team by “[last name]” (single author) or “[last name] et al.” (multiple authors).
