Dear SemEval 2026 Task 5 Organizers,
I am writing to express interest in serving as a reviewer for SemEval
2026 Task 5: Rating Plausibility of Word Senses.
My background bridges AI and quantitative finance: I am a Senior AI
Data Scientist at C3.ai, where I have built production AI systems for
Bank of America, Barclays, and JPMorgan — including RAG pipelines,
text-to-SQL systems, and agentic architectures. I also have a
background as a quantitative analyst at Goldman Sachs and am currently
building an AI-native quantitative fund focused on prediction markets.
I hold dual MS degrees in Financial Engineering and Computer Science
from Georgia Tech, and I am currently serving as a reviewer for the
ICLR 2026 AIMS Workshop. My NEMO paper on execution-aware optimization
was accepted at that workshop:
https://arxiv.org/abs/2601.21372
My expertise spans NLP, large language models, knowledge graphs, and
structured data reasoning, which I believe aligns with Task 5's focus
on word sense disambiguation and semantic plausibility modeling.
I would welcome the opportunity to contribute rigorous,
practitioner-informed reviews.
Best regards,
Zirui (Peter) Wei
