Dear all,

SemEval has set an ftp server for all task submissions, please follow
the instructions below before submitting your system:

1. Register on http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/semeval-2012/index.php?id=registration.
You only need to register once even if your participate in multiple
tasks. You will receive instructions to access the ftp server to
upload your system submission once you have registered.

2. Please submit a zip file *for each system* with:
-- the system output in the same format as the gold-standard data.
-- a short (1 paragraph, not more than 10 sentences) description of the system.

3. Name the file following this convention: "task1-GROUP-APPROACH.zip", where:
-- taskN (where N is the task number), in this case, always = 1.
-- GROUP is the site identifier and should be the same name as you
will use in the paper.
-- APPROACH is the system identifier and should be the same name as
you will use in the paper.

4. Deadlines: we follow the default deadline for system submissions in SemEval:
-- Default start date for all tasks 15 March 2012 06:00 UTC+00
-- Default end date for all tasks 1 April 2012 23:59 UTC-11

5. Number of submissions: each group/site can submit up to 2 systems,
unless you have more systems and these are all significantly different
from each other (not just variants, for example, different parameters
of an algorithm, for example). If this is the case, please send us an
email with the system's descriptions and we will handle case by case.
