Our team has two members and appears under two participant names:

Hey, we did the team name change. We left the submission from "tanlocn" and removed the one from "dangnt". Though this wasn't ideal because we were expecting one submission per team. Still, it may have been that we arrived at this situation because of issues with Codabench, which was marking some valid submissions as invalid and vice versa. But things happen 🤷‍♂️
