Final deadline clarification

Hello, this is a very interesting task. My team wants to clarify the date of the final submission deadline. As we see, evaluation will be done by annotators, which will take some time. If we want to get a valid result for a leaderboard and submit a paper to the workshop, which date is a strict final deadline? Do we need to submit before Jan 10 or can we do it before Jan 31?
