Upcoming dates and events

Dear participants, we wanted to share updates on the upcoming dates and events in this competition.

The Eval Trial Phase submissions are currently under evaluation. We initially set the final annotation date to Dec 20th, but we're extending it to Dec 29th due to the high volume of participation. Some systems have similar results and hope to break ties with more annotation. We will publish the results after that.

For the upcoming Eval Phase, we have decided on the following dates:

* Jan 10: We will release the Eval Phase test data.
* Jan 10-31: We will accept submissions of systems for the Eval Phase data. Unlike the previous phase, only one submission per participant will be allowed.
* Feb 1-21: The annotation will occur here. Unlike the previous phase, the annotation will occur after the submission phase.
* Feb 22: We publish the results.
* Feb 28: Deadline for the participants to submit their papers (or just a text paragraph explaining their system).
