Paper participant-peer review

Folks, the SemEval organizers highly recommended that we conduct a paper participant-peer review. Given that they also told us to set the number of reviewers per paper to two, one reviewer per paper will be an organizer, and the other will be a participant (from another paper).

We believe this is a great chance to learn from and give feedback to each other.

We may later send recommendations on how best to review. There's also information on SemEval's website.
