Deadlines and paper information

Dear all, 

Thank you so much for participating in the shared task. I wanted to share some important information about the end of the competition and submitting a paper. We really hope everyone will submit! 

Deadlines

* Feb 2, 2022 at 11:59 UTC - The evaluation phase will end

* Feb 23, 2022 at 11:59 AoE - Papers due

Next steps

* Please update your CodaLab account with your team name. Click on your name in the top right, select "Settings" , and put your team name in the appropriate field. If you do not include a team name, we'll use your CodaLab username as the team name when we release the results.

* Please note that your team name will be part of your paper title. Your paper title must have the format, "Team Name at SemEval-2022 Task 8: Your Title Here"

* Everyone who submits to the evaluation phase is invited to submit a paper. There are no fees for publishing your paper in the proceedings. You are invited to submit a paper regardless of your score / rank. It's really helpful to learn what worked and what did not. Your papers are known as "system description papers," and more details are on the FAQ and paper requirement pages of the SemEval website.

* Please consider adding a short description to your submissions. This will help you remember the details of each submission and also help us to write our overview of the task as a whole. You can add a description to an existing submission by clicking the "+" next to the submission  and clicking "update description".

I wasn't able to find the official template for 2022 SemEval for the articles, was anyone able to find it? If you have, it would be very nice if you could share the link here, thank you in advance,

Hi Emine,

The article should use the ACL template - https://github.com/acl-org/acl-style-files , but please use the SemEval guidelines for more specifics on length, etc. https://semeval.github.io/system-paper-template.html
