Dear all, 

When you signup for OpenReview, the system requires 12 hours to activate your account. In most instances your account will be activated a lot sooner (in about 3 or 4 hours). However, please create an account as soon as possible so your profile is active before the submission deadline. 

You are strongly urged to submit your paper to the system, but if all else fails, as a last resort, send me a copy of your paper, making sure it reaches before the deadline.
