Leaderboard opening delayed by 1 day

Dear participants

We will be delaying the opening of leaderboard by 1 day, due to CodaLab technical issues of not automatically pushing the best submission to leaderboard, unlike expected. 


Please expect the leaderboard to be opened by Feb 3, 11.59 pm (GMT-12).
