Dear participants,

We will re-open the test phase on Jan 31st 00:00 hours - Jan 31st 23:59 hours (GMT-12)

Only one maximum attempt will be allowed during this time, which excludes any failed submissions. If you notice a faulty behavior from CodaLab, do let us know asap.
Please note that you are not obliged to avail this attempt.

Following this, we will be opening the test phase leaderboard on Feb 2.

Moving forward to the next steps, please note the information below.

- We strongly encourage all of you to submit the system description paper, outlining the interesting approaches you have implemented regardless of it making to the list of top performing systems.

- Your paper will be published in SemEval proceedings without any requirements to pay the conference fees or travel to the venue.

- Please make sure all the authors (team members) have a softconf account and can access this link http://alt.qcri.org/semeval2019/index.php?id=papers
New softconf users can register for an account by following the new user link: https://www.softconf.com/naacl2019/SemEval/

The Organizers
