A question about Task5 SemEval

Hello, 

I was a participant at SemEval 2017, task 5. I am currently working on expanding that dataset to a larger financial tweet dataset, and I would like to know the process for creating the "tweet span" for your Task 5, for financial tweets. Is there any paper describing it or a script I can use on my own financial tweet data?
