i have a single google account and it has a birthdate entered correctly. my google account is a parental account that oversees several child accounts. nothing has changed that i know of on my google account. these videos used to play fine on roku youtube. i have my watch history showing that is been viewed, yet i can not go back and watch the same video or new videos from the same content creators any more.
Just purchased a My Cloud and so far so good except for one issue.
Here is the setup, My Cloud attached to Mac and my TV attached to Roku 3.
Uploaded some photos to My Cloud and went to my Roku Media Player and some of the pictures show up sideways. Looks like all the pictures are showing up the way I took them (i.e. vertically/horizontally) even though they were originally saved on my Mac oriented in the correct way
Tried it on Chromecast too, and did the same thing. Videos stream just fine, just having issues with pictures.
Is there a fix for this or a better app on Roku? Or something better to replace my Roku (apple tv etc)
Hoping someone out there has an answer as both roku and my cloud customer service did not.
