Hi everyone. From certain point of time I have had problem with opening in editing mode every presentation (even new template or blank). A presentation window opens, but after that circle in the middle of the window spins forever and nothing else happens. I tried to reinstall the app, clean remains etc. but to no avail. The only way is to use Prezi in Chrome window, but it is less convenient than using the app. Did anyone have the same issue?

I have the same problem. I have restarted the computer several times, have high speed Internet, have tried various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera) and various laptops (mac & windows). I was able to edit it just a few hours ago.

Prezi turns the traditional approach to presentations on its head. Instead of creating slide after slide, this presentation software gives you a single giant canvas. This problem recurs in random situations. Currently, I cannot paste in the Prezi app itself, but can on Chrome. However, it is difficult to predict when this will occur - on other occasions it is blocked on Chrome. It makes it very difficult to prepare and update presentations. Is there any prospect of a sustainable solution?
I have the same issue here. Just cannot copy and past from ppt to prezi, or just an image from Firefox to Prezi. It started a little before Christmas, and it still not working; neither with my work computer or notebook. This is extremely annoying as it takes to much time and steps to save the image and then insert it in the presentation.
I am using the latest version of Firefox

Thank you for your answer. I was able to drag and drop from Firefox to my Prezi presentation. However I was not able to drag and drop images from my PPT to my
Prezi presentation. I was only able to cut/paste for PPT to my Prezi desktop app presentation, but not to my online Prezi presentation editor. Is there a way to fix that issue? Thank you!
