1. Message from Bersih on Govt banning T-shirts:



PRESS STATEMENT by Maria Chin Abdullah, BERSIH 2.0 Chairperson on Friday 28th August 2015 in Kuala Lumpur.

Banning of Bersih 4 tshirts.

The Home Ministry banning of the Bersih 4 tshirts is laughable and it is a show of a desperate government's inability to deal with diverse views. 

Little does the Home Ministry realise that Malaysians have broken barriers and are able to deal with the culture of fear created by those in power, politics of race and using religion to divide and rule.

The demands of Bersih 4 printed on the tshirts are the people's call for democratic reform. 

We cannot go on having a failed political system that breeds corruption and an ailing econony. 

This is the time for every Malaysians to make a stand and demand for rationality.

Be there and be proud of the Bersih 4 tees as it is a symbol of our fight to bring a sense of justice and stabilty to this beloved nation of ours.

We have urgent arrest lawyers on standby to deal with any legal situation that may arise. The public should not need to worry.

2. Message from Ikram

Himpunan Bersih4 - Pesta Demokrasi dan Ibadah


InsyaAllah, Presiden IKRAM Dr Mohd Parid Sheikh Ahmad akan bersama-sama rakyat Malaysia esok di Himpunan Bersih4.

Bagi yang ingin menyertai himpunan ini pergilah dengan niat dan mind set yang betul. Antaranya::


1. Yakin bahawa tindakan kita ini tidak salah di sisi undang-undang negara juga dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan Islam - melaksanakan amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar.

2. Menjadi hak rakyat untuk berkumpul dengan aman seperti yang diperuntukkan dalam Perkara 10 Perlembagaan Persekutuan.

3. Oleh itu jangan hadir dengan perasaan rasa bersalah kerana kita hadir bagi melaksanakan tanggungjawab terhadap agama dan negara - supaya negara tidak terus tergelongsor ke jurang yang lebih dalam..

4. Patuhi peraturan dan panduan pihak penganjur.

5. Jaga adab dan disiplin. Elakkan sebarang provokasi.

6. Hadiri dan jayakan program-program ibadah seperti solat hajat, tahajud, tilawah dan tazkirah yang telah diatur oelh pihak penganjur dengan kerjasama ABIM dan IKRAM.

7. Anggaplah kehadiran kita sebagai satu ibadah bagi menyelamatkan negara dari kezaliman dan kemungkaran daripada berterusan.
