There's no classpath after your -cp.

I thought it's a java Virtual Machine error, but I added the variable name to the environment variable, following these steps, http://www.tomsguide.com/faq/id-1761312/fix-create-java-virtual-machine-issue.html

Now, when starting eclipse, it's  says " picked up _Java_options: -Xmx512M

So VM should be working fine.

What could be the cause of the error? why it's complaining about  -luceneindexpath?
