Looks like documentation at https://github.com/semanticvectors/semanticvectors/wiki/FilteredSearchResults was out of date, it doesn't look like this feature is supported anymore. (I don't even remember why I wanted to filter search results especially.)

There is a somewhat similar feature that takes all vectors matching a given regex into the queryvector, e.g., java pitt.search.semanticvectors.Search -vectorlookupsyntax regex jump.*
