Completed move to github

Dear All,

As of today I think the move to GitHub is more or less complete. The wiki has been moved across, and so have the javadoc pages.

So please update your bookmarks and links to point to https://github.com/semanticvectors/semanticvectors instead of http://semanticvectors.googlecode.com (which now has a redirect notice). And please let me know if there are problems or things missing.
