Hi Armando & others--

I've just started using Vocbench and noticed that the root exposes itself using basic auth. How do I configure the password/username for this service?

Also -- I've been testing a Kubernetes deployment and I'm stuck on the issue of the root domain--suffice it to say, it would be very nice if an unauthenticated GET request to the URL root return a 200/302 code. Is there a setting where I can modify the url where the system exposes itself?

Really appreciate what you've done!

Hi Sean,

thanks for the appreciation :-)

Semantic Turkey runs on Karaf, so you can find all information about the auth to the karaf container on the Karaf user manual.

All configuration files for port, path etc.. also depend on Karaf, and can be found on the /etc folder inside the installation directory. For instance, the port can be set on file: org.ops4j.pax.web through property: org.osgi.service.http.port. Similarly, you can look for other properties.

Notice that you can also adapt the VB client to look for these different settings by configuring the vbconfig.js file, as described here:

Kind Regards,
