Device compatibility in a Form which is inside a Grid

Hello,

I am facing a problem with the device compatibility. I have divided my grid as "sixteen wide column" and written a form inside it.

inside the form when i was trying to make some thing like this "Four wide computer six wide tablet Nine wide mobile column" it is not getting applied.

I want device compatibility for my Form which is inside the grid.

Kindly resolve my issue.

Columns can only be inside rows or other grids not columns
