A question about 'availability'

Hi, all!
The property availability for Offer can have the following values:
- BackOrder
- Discontinued
- InStock
- InStoreOnly
- LimitedAvailability
- OnlineOnly
- OutOfStock
- PreOrder
- PreSale
- SoldOut
And here arises my doubt: for me, OnlineOnly and InStoreOnly can be used together with any other value, for example, a product that i OnlineOnly and InStock. But, does availability property accepts multiple values?
