Hi, all!
I think I've found a problem with the properties of the new VacationRental feature announced by Google and the way Google handle them in its Rich Results Testing Tool.
The VacationRental type is both a subtype of Place and Organization. In the recommendations for the implementation of the new VacationRental, Google indicates the property address as recommended:

address.png

However, the tool returns an error, not a warning:

vacationrental.png

This is because it considers VacationRental as a LocalBusiness subtype (which is in turn a subtype of Organization), where the address property is 'required':

What happens if, for any reason, we cannot display the address of a property in its webpage ?

On the other hand, I find it confusing to simultaneously use VacationRental to mark individual properties and the company that manages their rental. I say this because in the same code we can have a list of properties (all of them marked with VacationRental, since they would be a subtype of Place) and at the same time have the company that manages them (also marked as VacationRental, but as a subtype of LocalBusiness).

Also adding that with the new Google recommendations, I am forced to add to the LocalBusiness>VacationRental markup some Place/VacationRental properties that I do not need but that if I do not include it will generate errors in the rich results tool, and therefore in Search Console.
