Google Code closing down. Use GitHub

Hi Janna, all,

have you seen that Google Code is closing down? I have recently
exported the CHEMINF project to GitHub, and that one should be used
from now on. It seems to have worked mostly, only the Wiki seems to
need manual copying (still have to do that).

I also asked about whether we should set up an organisation page, but
will just do so shortly too.

However, importantly, please do not send further patches to Google
Code. Janna, I will migrate your three patches asap.
