Use a seperate NLP library for preprocessing

Hi,

I am trying to develop a QA system for my project, and would like to attach an NLP library for pre-processing, as Mst parser is not providing satisfactory results. Although it seems that SEMAFOR has tight coupling with Mst parser. Is there a way?
