Frame elements are missing in the output file.

Hello,

I'm running SEMAFOR parser on different sentences, and every time the output file is missing the frame elements identification. I'm using Windows and Cygwin to run the parser, lots of files configurations have been made in pom xml file and other configuration files to run the parser in Windows but nothing has done to the main src folder or any main files.
