Following decisions were arrived at after a healthy debate to finalize the Education and Career Guidance Seminar being held by TEC on 10th June 2012 at the Jamea Auditorium:
1. Program of the Day:
a. Registration of councilors and students start at 2:30 PM (TEC will finalize the registration process, lap top, printer etc).
i. Registration of the councilors will be handled by Shamoonbhai in coordination with Mustansirbhai Moochala.
ii. Registration of students will be handled by TEC.
b. Program starts at 3:00 PM
c. Event Manager Bhai Amir Shabbir (Short intro of the day)
d. Tilawat (name to be given by TEC) 3:05 PM
e. Madeh (name to be given by TEC) 3:10 PM
f. Speech by Janab Nooruddin BS 3:15 PM
g. Talk by Bhai Abbas Hussain 3:35 PM
h. Introduction of Councilors by Mustansir Moochala 4:15 PM
i. Word of thanks (name to be given by TEC) 4:30 PM
j. One on one session starts at 4:45 PM till completion (7:00 PM)
2. Following tasks need to be finalized:
a. Councilors names confirmed and short CVs to be prepared by Bhai Mustansir Moochala (presentation & Printed)
b. Visit of Jamea Auditorium by M Nooruddinbhai and Shk Mustafabhai Tawawala to finalize the administrative arrangements, seating of the candidates and councilors' one on one session.
c. TEC will arrange 30 sets of 6 chairs for One on One councilling Session.
d. Proforma filled by the students will be available for the councilors.
e. All BPA SEM members will assist TEC in guiding the students to their respective seating arrangements in the auditorium and to their councilors for one on one session. Bhai Mustafabhai Sirajuddin to finalize the strategy and responsibilities.
f. Forms duly completed after the councilling session will be collected and collated by TEC.
g. Photo coverage to be arranged by TEC.
h. Post session minutes will be prepared by Bhai Amirbhai Shabbir and Mustafabhai Sirajuddin for submission to SEM FHK for further araz in the Hazrat e Imamia.
2. All members of the BPA have been included in the list of Councilors. Please send your CV to Mustansirbhai Moochala immediately. In case anyone is not available, please send an immediate email.
3. List of invitees to be finalized by Mulla Nooruddinbhai and submitted to Janab Nooruddin BS on Saturday.
4. All members of the management (TEC, BPA SEM and Mohallah Education members) will gather at the Jamea Auditorium by 1:30 PM on Sunday 10th June 2012.
5. Shk Mustafabhai Tawawala is requested to kindly ensure all Mohallah Education members are present on the day of the event.
May our Dai (TUS) and His Mansoos accept our small contribution towards the upliftment of our community through this seminar.

How about panaflex of this function and also the SEM logo tobe mentioned so that we can have group photo which can be lateron put on the FHK web and Also TEC. We must have more exposure so that everybody should know about our activities
And we can have such programme qtr as discussed.
