Today in the meeting with Janab Nooruddin BS, following program has been finalized for the 10th June 2012 at Taheri Saddar:

2:30 PM Registration starts (TEC)

Amirbhai will be the moderator of the program 

3:00 PM Tilawat and Madeh  (TEC)

3:10 PM Speech by Janab Nooruddin BS

3:40 PM Speech by Abbas Hussainbhai (TEC)

4:10 PM Speech and Councilors' introduction by Mustansirbhai Moochala

4:25 PM Q & A Session

4:55 PM Word of Thanks by Qaid Joharbhai (TEC)

5:00 to 5:15 PM Break (Councilors to be seated)

5:15 to 7:15 PM One on one session with the students. (BPA SEM)

Mustansirbhai Moochala is to kindly ensure Briefing guides and the program details  have been emailed to the councilors.

TEC will inform all students through email and SMS about the program. TEC will also confirm participation of the invitees.

Registration of the students will be done in the sahen of Masjid. Main session will be held on the 2nd floor. One on one session will be held on 1st floor

Councilors and invitees will be seated in the first few rows.

All BPA CWC and BPA SEM members to kindly make themselves available for Councilling as well as for administration of the session.
