Dear Shamoonbhai;
AOA;
I have been following all the emails from Islamabad. It appears that everyone wants to do every thing which is what is GEMINI CIRCUS.
Here's what needs to be done by different groups:
TEC:
- Short list the students who would participate along with their parents. I think the TEC are on it.
- Prepare the venue where the event is to take place. I believe TEC is managing this issue.
- Prepare financial statement (realistic) and hand it over to SEM Member Education.
- Make a Ckeck list of what you want the speakers to say.
- Short-list the students who need to be assisted in the admissions in Technical Education and hand it over to SEM Member Education.
SEM (Member Education - Shk Mustafabhai Tawawala)
- Coordinate with Jamaat through SEM for any financial assistance required for this program. SEM needs to confirm by today what financial assistance would be forth-coming. TEC or the BPA Education Group need not be asked to get it from Jamaat.
- Prepare 200 copies of the CD already given to you. Please give one CD to the TEC (M Nooruddinbhai).
- Kindly prepare for the admission tests of short-listed students for Technical Education.
- Arrange for the Hunar Foundation and Aman Foundation to set up their information stalls.
-
BPA SEM Education Group:
- Short list the Speakers. Need to have a meeting with them so that they know what precisely they need to speak and for how long. 15 minutes per speaker should be maximum.
- Short list the Councilors. Ensure the short-listed councilors have received the guidance package; if not, please send it.
- Reconfirm their participation at least three days in advance before 10th June 2012.
- Mustafabhai Sirajuddin is do give a short presentation on the contents of the CD on Technical Education.
- Provide the short-listed names of the councilors to TEC and SEM by Thursday 7th June 2012.
Each group needs to concentrate on their own areas and should have their own meetings when ever required to distribute the work load and to have updates. If each group concentrates on their own areas, the results would be ensured. Otherwise it will lead to just another programme to consume 4-5 hours of precious time.
The final coordination meeting between the required people of each group will be held with FHK SEM Committee and Janab Nooruddin BS after each group confirms the completion of the task in their hand.
Kind regards.
Abbas

Dear Shamoon Bhai,
Re: EDUCATION AND CAREER
COUNSELLING ON 10TH JUNE
Referring to your question for the
meeting agenda, we at TEC feel that our inputs regarding what your speakers
will present is very important and the speakers will generate a road map for
the counselors or advisors for guidance to move in that specific direction, we
met Janab Nuruddin Bhaisahib and he too is of the opinion that the above should
be briefed to BPA under the head of SEM.
Shamoon bhai the 05 mohallas
participating in the programme have a common problem of “drop out” students and
of those who are not capable to achieve further education due to various
socio-economic reasons, in this relation Janab wants to create an awareness
amongst the students for technical education/vocational trainings, please
provide us the details of the competent people who will provide guidelines in
this area and how well has the preparation for the collection of educational
institutions admission, financing and offered courses data has been managed.
Being the main organizer of the
programme we believe that TEC has all at stake in matters that people living in
the mohallas will always come to us after the programme and it would be us who
would have to cater to all the future needs of the students, therefore we
definitely have are reservations which would only be addressed by a joint
meeting rather than exchanging emails.
Lets try to make this event a
result oriented event and not as just another programme to consume 4-5 hours of
precious time.
P.S: We would like to know the name of counselors and we would like BPA to invite the counselors in todays meeting which will take place at 9:30pm in Taheri Masjid Old Tanzeem Office.
Best Regards,
