very well presented . thanks . who will design the banners ? will the sem logo be on it ? in order to follow up the counseling done in this programme a record of the individual counseling done must be kept for consequent  use  by the 5 respective mohallas . I feel we need to add the above in the minutes . also are there more than 5 mohallahs now ? What is the total count of registered students to date . We must be absolutely sure that we will be able to cope with the number of students and their parents in the time we have . If not we should limit the numbers . there should be no hotch poch !
