Dear authors,

I would like to emphasize on the requirement by CEUR-WS proceedings (see FAQ #7 here) that the author agreements should have a hand-written signature (by pen on a printed paper) in order to be acceptable. E-signatures are not valid.

Thank you for your understanding!

As a follow-up to the previous post, please make sure that the agreement you send has ALL of the following, clearly readable:

- The title of your paper, after the field: "Herewith I/we (the author(s) resp. the copyright holders) agree that my/our contribution:"
- The author names, in the order mentioned in the paper, after: "authored by:"
- The details of the corresponding author, after the fields following "with corresponding author"
- A hand-written signature by pen on a printed agreement that has all the above.

If some of the above are missing, CEUR-WS will not accept those agreements, so you will be asked to re-send the agreements.

Thanks again for your understanding!
