Dear Participants, 

     The complete sheet is blank till now. Does that mean that none of us have had personal breakthroughs? Certainly not... So please start acknowledging yourself for all the breakthroughs that you have caused. 

Also, start getting present to all the thoughts and conversations that come up when you think of entering things into the sheet. Are these the same that come up in other areas too? Do they stop you from taking actions? What is the impact of you getting stopped and whats available to you if you can go beyond them?

Dear Participants,

It’s been about two and a half months since we embarked upon the journey of Self Expression & Leadership program and it has been a roller coaster ride with its share of ups and downs.

But many of us are standing at the place where we are saying to ourselves This isn’t it. Where we are saying to ourselves that my breakthrough is not good enough to acknowledge or  is not as inspiring as other participants.

So let’s take out few minutes and share what personal breakthroughs (not related to your projects) we have caused out of our participation in SELP. No breakthrough is a small breakthrough.

Let’s take on the game of atleast one sharing by each participant before the next classroom. Participants who have not shared till now, please use this opportunity to acknowledge your breakthroughs.
