TEA Bogie Tank wagons are petroleum tankers introduced to the British freight network in 2006. When fully loaded, these tanks can weigh up to 101.6 tonnes each, which means in an average train of 30 tanks in a consist, a train can weigh over 3,000 tonnes. UK Freight Operating Company DB Schenker has launched 36 TEA Bogie Tank wagons in one train set, which adds an additional 447 tonnes of fuel per train movement. With such weight and length behind a train the driver must be skilled and patient in order to make a successful delivery.

For Train Simulator the TEA Bogie Tank Wagon Pack was developed by Oovee Entertainment and published with RSC through Steam with scenarios for the Great Western Main Line and Hedborough North routes. While the pack itself is unavailable, the TEA wagons are still available as part of the Class 70 add-on.

I have since discovered, The wagons in the included scenario have sound, But when I try to place my own in a scenario, They don't have any. I have ticket all the relevant boxes to no avail. I have tried each livery from 371001 - 048 & 6957 so far.

Thank you mate! I didn't realise it used that. Other than that small issue, I have no further complaints about this, You've done a really good job scripting and modelling with it! Hope you get a well deserved break after this!

Overall, really good pack, thanks so much! If you ever develop this pack future, I'd recommend looking into finding a way to make the load types constant. IE, if you place down a rake of limestone loaded wagons, they should be full of limestone when you re-load the scenario as they currently seem to regenerate with different loads

Thank you! I seem to have forgotten the files for the loaded ones ?. As for the loads, they were made random deliberately, if I remember correctly, only the CEMEX (and NACCO DHQ) ones display limestone and sand, this was based on some videos of Peak Forest I saw where they appeared to be carrying sand in some wagons, and limestone in another. Though I do understand what you're saying. I'll look at deleting the redundant stuff too.

This package includes a large selection of JGA-K aggregates hoppers of several types, intended for use in scenarios from 2000 onwards. Version 2 has massively improved and expanded this addon, with the addition of a whole new wagon type and updated textures, models, and features. See a full list in the included user guide.

IMPORTANT: Due to the numerous changes made in version 2, the wagons may not show properly in old scenarios. The scenarios will therefore need updating. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Hi there. i love the updated JGA's, but i seem to be having a bit of an issue with them on the included scenario.....The lighter coloured band along the top of the RMC variant flickers constantly from any angle, the RMC logo itself seems to be duplicated on top of the same RMC logo, i can't seem to find a tail light, and there are no couplings visible. Can you help please?

This is a really fantastic model and v2.0 is a fantastic addition to TS.
One issue I've got though is that the AP Wagon (old) sounds aren't fully applying to the wagons for me. I've installed the pack using the process outlined in the manual, tried them out and noticed the only sounds that the wagons were producing was the clunking sound made traversing junctions. There doesn't seem to be any run sounds applied. I tried reinstalling the AP wagon old sound pack and this unfortunately hasn't helped. Any ideas?

Thanks for replying TSRollingstock, No I dont have the Old wagon SP, I usually get by without old or discontinued SPs I didn`t think this would affect the dust script but if its needed its needed! Thanks mystery solved :)

The way the scripts work (and other people's scripts would work similarly) is that there is a line that basically says 'you need the AP sound pack script installed for this script to run'. This allows the AP script to be used by the game at the same time as mine. Hope that makes sense

VGA - Speedlink (Newcastle to York 1970s route)
Drive a speedlink service from York to Darlington with a rake of VGAs and assorted other wagons. Speedlink was set up to encourage wagon load traffic opposed to bulk traffic such as containers.

All versions can be found in the Downloads section of your FlexSim account on the 3rd party modules tab. Please do not hesitate to report any bugs, usability improvements and feature requests to [email protected].

This new feature adds a 3D object called Signalized Rail, a track with signals that can control train traffic with precise speed changes, sight and safety distances for rail reservations and signal advances. You can configure signal aspects, sight distance and train safety distance with just this object. For more information read 3Dobjects.

A signal in a railroad system is a way of controlling train traffic speeds, ensuring safety and maximizing the flow. There are different types of signals for different cases and countries, the most common being speed control signals on sections to prevent train collisions. These signals change their appearance in order to indicate a reduction in speed, and can have different aspects for different speed changes. This type of sign is the new railworks feature.

The FlexSim Brazil RailWorks module consists of premade custom objects, designed to represent a real environment for the Rail problem modeling, with less configuration. Our approach is to unite 3D modeling with the Process Flow functionality, allowing object configuration and visualization through the native 3D FlexSim solution, and the rail system events to be triggered by the Process Flow, using not only defaults FlexSim Process Flow activities, but also new ones developed by our team.

I STARTED my career working at the Carriage and Wagon Works when I was 14 in 1939. I began work in the wagon repair shop as an apprentice wagon repairer. My apprenticeship was interrupted when I went into the RAF in about 1942 and trained as a wireless operator and air gunner, finishing up on coastal command as a flight sergeant flying with 280 Squadron.

With its sturdy build and 12.5mm wheels, this water wagon is perfect for supplying water to your workers or delivering other items for customers. Designed specifically for GN-15 operations, this wagon comes with everything you need to get it up and running on your layout.

Your order will include one bogie frame, one single water barrel and a pair of 12.5mm diameter wheels. Also included is a piece of rope effect cord that can be painted and glued into place. Each kit is carefully crafted from high-quality resin and comes unassembled, ready for you to prime and paint to your liking.

Please note that some fine sanding may be required, as we do our best to remove support marks but cannot guarantee they will be completely eliminated. And while resin is a durable material, it can be delicate, so please handle with care to avoid any breakages.

Combo wagon services is a maintenance provider offering preventive and corrective maintenance through its own workshops as well as a team of mobile maintenance teams. Flexibility is key and the competent team can cope with small repairs or heavy maintenance overhauls, and everything in between.

Combine the tried and tested with the modern! The new FAA container wagons used in the UK bring new colour to your fleet.
In addition to various weather options, this trolley provides brand new containers that are compatible with the standard 20ft / 40ft container industry.
Matching sound, detailed textures and compatibility with the ACS coupling system complete this car.

Since then the railway has been closed in both directions - impacting all services on the Tyne Valley line between Carlisle and Newcastle and the Settle to Carlisle line between Carlisle, Appleby and Skipton.

Craig Jackson, Network Rail Works Delivery manager, said: The weather has hugely been on our side to remove the three stranded cement wagons this weekend and this marks a turning point in our hard work to get the railway repaired and reopen for passengers.

We own, operate and develop Britain's railway infrastructure; that's 20,000 miles of track, 30,000 bridges, tunnels and viaducts and the thousands of signals, level crossings and stations. We run 20 of the UK's largest stations while all the others, over 2,500, are run by the country's train operating companies.

Usually, there are almost five million journeys made in the UK and over 600 freight trains run on the network. People depend on Britain's railway for their daily commute, to visit friends and loved ones and to get them home safe every day. Our role is to deliver a safe and reliable railway, so we carefully manage and deliver thousands of projects every year that form part of the multi-billion pound Railway Upgrade Plan, to grow and expand the nation's railway network to respond to the tremendous growth and demand the railway has experienced - a doubling of passenger journeys over the past 20 years.
