If your buyer is ready to proceed, we kindly request the issuance of the ICPO. Once received, the refinery will initiate communication with the buyer via email to move forward with the sales process and all mandates will be copied in all correspondence to ensure transparency.

For CIF and FOB transactions, we will conclude within 10days after ICPO and the product shipped out to the buyer.
