Procedure as below..
VOPAK-TO-VOPAK PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues ICPO addressed to the Seller for verification and approval.
2. The Seller issues Cl, Buyer signs and returns it in 24 hours.
3. The Seller issues Authorization to the Buyer for the Buyers Vopak Terminal Manager, to
communicate with Seller Vopak Terminal Manager to verify the existence of the product. (This is
to allow the Buyer to verify fuel is real.)
4. After confirmation from the Sellers VOPAK Terminal Manager, the Buyers Vopak Terminal
Manager submits the documents below to the Sellers Vopak Terminal Manager:
a) Vopak Terminal Agreement or Vopak Reference
b) Vopak Barcode
5. The Buyer finalizes the Vopak Terminal Protocols.
6. Seller issues Full (POP) documents to the Buyer’s Vopak Terminal Manager and injection
begins.
7. Upon completing the injection, the Buyer makes full payment via MT103 TT and the Seller
transfers the title to the Buyer.
8. The Seller and the Buyer pay commission to all intermediaries until the Contract is complete
along with all rolls and extensions.
NOTE:
* Buyer must submit CIS before proceeding for verification.
* Only direct VOPAK lease holders are accepted. NO JV/Group | Proxy | Sublease.
* Buyer must include their VOPAK name in the ICPO for Seller to verify with VOPAK.
