With Ramadan 2026 approaching, we are pleased to inform you that OTG
ICUMSA-45 sugar is currently available in Dubai.



*Product Details:*



1. Product: ICUMSA-45 White Refined Sugar

2. Location: Dubai (Mainland Warehouse)

3. Customs Status: Customs cleared & VAT paid

4. Available Quantity: 2,000 Metric Tons

5. Price: USD 555 per Metric Ton



*Additional Inbound Stock:*



1. Quantity: 7,000 Metric Tons.

2. ETA: First week of February 2026.



*Trade Procedure:*



1. No LOI or preliminary documents required.

2. Only end/bankable buyer with a valid trade license.

3. Seller will share the warehouse location for physical visit &
inspection.

4. Payment to be made after fund verification via bank-to-bank during a
face-to-face meeting.



Buyer may sign a contract for the additional 7,000 MT inbound quantity at
the same time, subject to fund availability during verification.

ORIGIN: BRAZIL

PRICE:430$ MT

MOQ: 50,000MT

COMMISSION: 5$ TO BUYER TEAM

SBLC/DLC: NON TRANSFERABLE DLC

PAYMENT: AT DESTINATION PORT



TRANSACTION PROCEDURE



1-The Buyer issues an LOI.



2-The Seller checks the LOI and issues an FCO.



3-The Buyer signs the FCO and issues an ICPO with the details of the order,
the specifications, the Buyer's bank's data, the Buyer's passport copy and
the certificate of constitution of his company. + *proof of funds (BCL).*



4-The Seller checks the ICPO and issues a SPA.



5-The Buyer updates the SPA (if necessary), signs and returns it to the
seller.



6-The Buyer's bank officer issues an RWA Pre-Advice to confirm their
ability to issue an MT700 DLC/MT760 SBLC



7-The Seller's bank officer replies via SWIFT MT799 that they are Ready
Willing and Able to receive the Buyer's SBLC/DLC. (Using MT799 verbiage as
attached appendix verbiage).



8-The Buyer's bank will provide a copy of the MT799 SWIFT RECEIPT



9-Upon receiving the Seller's SWIFT MT799 RWA reply, the Buyer issues the
draft MT 760/MT700 to the Seller within 5 business days from the date of
receiving the signed original contract.



10-The Buyer's bank sends the SWIFT MT700 within 2 banking days to Seller's
Bank using the verbiage as provided.



11-The Buyer's bank will provide a copy of the MT700 SWIFT RECEIPT



12-Upon receipt and confirmation of the MT700 by the Seller's Bank, the
Buyer's bank sends a hard copy of the DLC to the Seller's bank within 3
banking days.



13-Seller issues a Performance Bond of 2% in favour of the Buyer within 7
days from the date of Seller Bank receive SBLC MT760/DLC MT700 Hard Copy.



14-The Seller starts to process of shipment within 30 days from the date of
receiving DLC hard copy.



15-Based on the documents stipulated in the contract and the qualified
inspection report issued by CCIC/SGS at the port of unloading, the seller
collects the payment through MT103/TT at the port of unloading according to
each shipment quantity. The buyer shall make payment for each shipment by
MT103/TT within 3 business days after the qualified inspection report issued
by CCIC/SGS at Port of Unloading (Destination).
