Quantity: 100,000,000 GLS, For Trial 400,000,000 GLS Contract

1. BUYER ISSUES ICPO TO INCLUDE BUSINESS CERTIFICATE/ PASSPORT COPY (DATA PAGE), CIS ALONG WITH  TSA/CPA FOR SELLER VERIFICATION.

 

2. SELLER ISSUES COMMERCIAL INVOICE (CI) FOR THE AVAILABLE QUANTITY IN THE SELLER’S STORAGE TANK TO BUYER, BUYER SIGNS AND RETURNS CI TO SELLER.

 

3. SELLER RELEASE EXSISTING PARTIAL POP DOCUMENTS TO BUYER:

A. UNLOADING INJECTION REPORT.

B. EXSITING LOADING Q&Q QUALITY & QUANTITY REPORT.

C. TSR TANK STORAGE RECEIPT

D. ATSC AUTHORIZATION TO SELL AND COLLECT. 

E. DTA DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION.

F. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

 

4. THE BUYER CONTACTS SELLER TANK FARM ADMINISTRATOR TO REGISTER IN THE TANK TERMINAL TO OBTAIN ACCESS CODE / PERMIT PRIOR TO THE INSPECTION AND TO EXECUTE THE QUALITY & QUANTITY.

 

5. UPON SUCESSFULL DIP TEST OF THE PRODUCT, BUYER MAKES PAYMENT 100% OF THE PRODUCT VIA MT103/TT, SELLER TRANSFER TITLE AS PER BUYER INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMENCES INJECTION.

 

6. SELLER ISSUES THE NCNDA/IMFPA TO ALL INTERMEDIARIES INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTION FOR ENDORSEMENTS, BUYER/SELLER SIGNS ROLLS & EXTENSIONS
